Who wins in a Negotiation?
We have all heard that we should go for “Win-Win” in a negotiation but do we really understand what that means?

Where does the power come from in any negotiation?
If we want to win in any negotiation we must have power on our side, but where does that power come from?

Is there an alternative to Positional Bargaining?
Positional bargaining is the traditional way we negotiate. Each side states a position and we argue it out from there. There is a better way, however.

How do I get my negotiation opponent to listen to my point of view?
Getting people to listen to your point of view is often a battle. We think we have to talk first, loudest and longest to be heard but this is simply not true.

How do I make sure that both sides end up with more than they bargained for?
Negotiation is all about looking for every opportunity to make sure that both sides get the best deal.
